The background I picked wont stay on my page. it flashes for a second then goes away. it is there when i do preview profile. What's up w/ that?! how can I fix it?

ok say i got 2 ur page i see ur backround 4 like 5 seconds and it goes away dat where da layout comes in ....... the backround is only viewable when u hav ur myspace set 2 private then other people can see it........ if i view ur profile im gonna only see ur layout not backround .........
