How do I edit my myspace background to look like...?

I know all about editing myspace and how to get layout codes and even to create my own. The one thing I have seen is people having all their information with just a white background and then on both the left and right side they will have a colored print. How do I create this?

I use this image at the link below as a guide to make my backgrounds.

I usually leave the white part alone and fill a pattern or color in to the black part.

I think i know what your talking about here....

Basically something like the "Rock Climbing Myspace Layout" found here:

This is done in program like photoshop.

1. Start with a 1280x1024 document size

2. Put "guides" at 235 and 1065 pixels and put a white box in there (or any color).

3. The space to the left and right of this white box is where your graphics go.

4. In the layout editor, like thomas etc be sure to "center" the graphic.

Best way to hook up your page is with one of those toolbars. Glitter, 3D graphics, music player, all that.
