I was wondering a program or how to snatch someones background(NOT LAYOUT I ONLY WANT THE BACKGROUND) from someones profile????

Yup. You go to their profile and right click on the background. Go down to either Save Background As or Save Picture As and save that image. Next, upload the image into http://www.photobucket.com or whatever photo hosting site you use.

Copy the Direct Link, or url, of the image you uploaded into this code:
