1. you can upload it to your photos on myspace. then go to edit profile and on the right hand side there should be profile editor. click that. then click background and background image then upload it from your my photos.

2. you can upload it to http://www.tinypic.com or http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.picoodle.com

then get the "direct link" code.

then go to the same profile editor and copy the code into the same background image box.

You can try to use the layout editor. It is in myspace. You can find it by going into edit profile. On the edit profile screen, the option to enter the editor beta will be in the bar at the top on the right side. That'll walk you through the process.
