ok ive seen this flashing myspace background a few times. It has like blue, pink, green, yellow ect... bright colours..
its only down the two sides of the profile though not the whole background HOW DO I GET THIS?? i DONT want it to cover the whole background please help!!

what i do is go to www.photobucket.com and type in flashing background and find one that you like and then replace that code with the one that you have on ur layout now..
P.S you can do that with any background u find on photobucket.

there's a lot of sites that have them. most of the layouts that have this are dafault i know they have one at damagedscene.com it's a skinny but it's really cute. also look on the left bar at their affiliates because all these sites have similar layouts. hope this helped
