Myspace background preview???

I make backgrounds for people on myspace i want to show what it looks like before they put it on there myspace how do i do it i want to make it look like this

Myspace Support (html %26amp; etc replied by saying this but i dont understand some of it like

press prnt scrn.

1.) Go to your start menu - accesories - %26amp; select "paint"

2.) in the top right area look for a button that says "prnt scrn"

3.) When you are finished with the layout, press prnt scrn.

4.) Go back to paint %26amp; select "paste"

5.) select "copy to" %26amp; save the picture.

6.) upload picture to tinypic.com / photobucket.com / or any other photo hosting site.

7.) take the image html code given when uploaded,and paste the code where you want the preview to be seen.

"prnt scrn" means "print screen". They use the shorter version on laptops.

Here's what they're saying:

1. Open up the myspace page you want to show people and scroll it to the exactly what you want people to see.

2. Hit the print screen button on your keyboard.

3. Open up paint

4. Right click on the blank canvas and select "paste"

5. Edit the picture to how you want it to look and then save it.

6. Upload the pic at whatever photo sharing site you use. Photobucket is a good one.
